ALL CLEAR: Adobe Connect has been restored
Overview: Some users were experiencing difficulty connecting to their Adobe Connect course meetings.
Date and Time: Monday, May 15th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
Services Affected: Adobe Connect
Impact to Campus: Some users were receiving the following error when trying to access their course meetings in Adobe Connect: "The request's 'x_target' value does not match the allowed values for this application. Contact your administrator."Â
Planned Operation: Technicians worked with the vendor to resolve the issue. In the meantime, instructors could send a direct link to the meeting to any affected students, allowing them to enter the meeting.
