[ALL CLEAR] College of Medicine buildings in Phoenix cut over to MPLS on Sunday, November 6th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

<strong>ALL CLEAR:</strong> Upgrades were completed on Sunday, November 6th, 2016. <hr><strong>Overview:</strong> College of Medicine buildings in Phoenix were cut over to MPLS.<br><strong><br></strong><strong>Services Affected:</strong>&nbsp;The College of Medicine Phoenix installed, upgraded, and replaced routers.&nbsp;<strong><br></strong><strong><br>Date and Time: </strong>Sunday, November 6th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.<br><strong><br>Impact to Campus:</strong> &nbsp;Users may have experienced problems with internet connectivity.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Planned Operation:</strong> The College of Medicine Phoenix installed, upgraded, and replaced routers:<br>- Configured 10GB ports on Smith and Wesson for MPLS uplinks to new devices.<br>- Configured route reflectors for peering with new routers<br>- Replaced BET devices in 3001, 3002, and 3005 with new ME-3600X routers<br>- New routers configured per standard configuration templates on CID<br>- Moved routing for VLANs from Smith and Wesson to new routers in 3001, 3002, 3005, in new VRF's.<br>- Installed new 10GB routers between Smith and Wesson and BET device in 3004; existing BET device (4000) will remain in service in 3004<br><strong><br></strong><strong>Contact:</strong> If you have questions or concerns, please contact the 24/7 IT Support Center at 626.TECH (8324) or online at <a href="http://support.arizona.edu/">http://support.arizona.edu/</a>
