[ALL CLEAR] DNS Issues Prevented Authentication on University Services on Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.

<strong>ALL CLEAR:</strong> The DNS issue has been resolved as of 1:30 p.m.<hr><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: italic;">Overview: </strong>DNS issue affected authentication of multiple university services.<br><br><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: italic;">Services Affected: </strong>Services that use WebAuth for authentication (UAccess, Catmail, etc.)<br><br><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: italic;">Date and Time:&nbsp;</strong>Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.<br><br><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: italic;">Impact to Campus:&nbsp;</strong>Users were unable to create new active sessions for services using WebAuth Authentication.
