Overview: Intermittent WebAuth login error
Services Affected: University web pages utilizing WebAuth Login Services such as UAccess Employee, UAccess Student, and D2L.
Date and Time: Monday, March 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. to 1:20 p.m.
Impact to Campus: Customers may have received a "504 Gateway Time-out" error when logging in through WebAuth pages.
Planned Operation: UITS technicians identified the issue and were able to restore WebAuth login services.
