Apple Mail Sync Issue on Saturday, August 5th at 8:40 a.m.

Overview: Apple Mail is currently unable to sync UAConnect email items.

Services Affected: UAConnect accounts through Apple Mail

Date and Time: Saturday, August 5th, 2017 at 8:40 a.m. 

Impact to Campus: Users who check their emails using Apple Mail may not be able to sync new mail to their profile in Apple Mail.

Planned Operation: The issue stemmed from an error on Microsoft's side. They are currently in the process of implementing a fix for the issue. UAConnect accounts will still receive mail, they just won't currently sync into Apple Mail.
