How to subscribe to a calendar feed

Below you will find instructions for how to subscribe to a calendar feed on different types of systems. For a list of all business calendar subscription links, click here.

Google Calendar

Open your calendar and select the down arrow next to Other calendars. Select Add by URL from the menu.

Paste the link to the desired calendar and click the Add Calendar button. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left. Visit this Google support page for more information.

Outlook for Windows

Select the desired calendar from the listing. A dialog box will appear. Click Yes and the calendar will be added to Outlook. Note: depending on your browser settings, you may need to authorize Outlook to use the calendar link. Click Launch Application or Apply where appropriate. More information is available on Microsoft's support site.

Outlook for Mac

Outlook for Mac does not support adding calendar feeds from internet sources. However, UAconnect does. Login to UAconnect and select Calendar from the bottom left of the menu.

Press control and click the My Calendar heading and select Add Calendar... from the menu.

Choose the Calendar from the Internet radio button.  Copy the link from UBET Subscribe button of the calendar you wish to subscribe to and paste the link into the Calendar URL box.

Click OK and the calendar will appear in your Outlook client momentarily.

Note: Ad-blocking extensions for your web browser may prevent the calendar from loading. You may have to disable the extension to see the new events. Alternatively, add the calendar via an incognito or private browsing window which disables extensions by default.

Apple Calendar

Select the desired calendar from the listing. A dialog box will appear. Choose iCal to subscribe to the calendar. Additional instructions about how to push this calendar to iOS devices are available on Apple's support site.
