<strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Overview</strong>: Cisco Voice Gateway upgrade<br><br><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Services Affected</strong>: VoIP calling<br><br><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Date and Time</strong>: Saturday, January 28th, 2017, rolling updates between 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m.<br><br><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Impact to Campus</strong>: During this maintenance window, users may not be able to initiate or receive VoIP calls and in progress calls may be interrupted.
